When I started digging into the world of nutrition, I learned that for every study out there saying something was good, there were just as many saying the opposite. It's confusing for anyone looking to make their health a priority. My mission is to help my clients figure out what works best for their unique situation so they can feel their best! We do this by meeting once a week to work on modifying behavior through habit change. Taking small, incremental steps sets my clients up for success to create a more sustainable, clean, and healthy lifestyle that they can maintain for years to come. I provide advice, encouragement, and, most importantly, accountability to help them reach their goals.
