Programs

In both programs that I offer, we will cover a variety of health related topics together. The majority of sessions will be focused around nutrition, but I like to take a holistic approach when it comes to wellness. There's so much more to our health besides just diet and exercise, so my programs are all about creating a completely new lifestyle for you. We start by addressing your goals and current habits that may be negatively impacting your wellness. Each week, we will discuss strategies to form new habits that will help you reach your goal(s). Holistic Reboot

  • 12 weekly sessions by phone call or video conference

  • Determine Action Steps to be completed each week to help you reach your goal(s)

  • In-depth discussions on various health topics including protein, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins, minerals, sleep and much more

  • Informational handouts related to session topics provided for your own reference

  • Best for those wanting to tackle longer-term health goals

Mini Reboot

  • 6 weekly sessions by phone call or video conference

  • Determine Action Steps to be completed each week to help you reach your goal(s)

  • In-depth discussions on various health topics (you will be able to choose a subset of the available session topics offered in the Holistic Reboot)

  • Informational handouts related to session topics provided for your own reference

  • Best for those wanting to tackle shorter-term health goals
